GEORDIE Shore’s Chloe Ferry has admitted she’s found “comfort and peace” since quitting the hit reality series.
The brunette beauty, 30, called time on her 11-year stint on the MTV show this week, after contract negotiations faltered.
The Sun was first to reveal her departure and it seems she is blissfully content with her choice if her latest Instagram grid post is anything to go by.
Chloe uploaded a series of loved up snaps with her property developer man Alex Swinney which showed them cuddling up on a night out.
In her lengthy message, which accompanied snaps showing them kissing and her flaunting a new handbag, the Geordie Shore favourite wrote: “I think we’re supposed to meet the wrong people first not as punishment but as preparation for when the right one finally shows up so we understand the difference.
“I’ve learned with my boyfriend the best kind of love isn’t loud or dramatic it’s the kind where you sit on sofa together and do barely nothing and still walk away feeling like it was the best conversation you’ve ever had!
“And when you finally find your person it makes you want to be the best version of yourself it makes you want to be better and that’s when you know that you found your person your soul mate!
“He’s not just my boyfriend he’s my peace my comfort and my favourite part of every day”.
Her former co-stars were quick to gush over her heartfelt message and Sophia Kasaei wrote “beautiful words”.
Previously, Chloe’s exit was confirmed by show bosses.
A source said: “Chloe has decided to call it a day after 11 years on the show, which is a huge blow to bosses.
“Contract negotiations came down to the wire and in the end, they couldn’t reach an agreement that Chloe was happy with.”
They added: “She may not have been one of the OG cast, but she’s been on it for so long now, she really feels like one of the originals, so it’s a massive loss – especially on the back of James, Marnie and Abbie all calling it a day last week”.
The last series saw Chloe central to show as all the stars jetted off to Portugal to celebrate her 30th birthday in a villa.
The source added: “This now leaves the next series looking very different from how producers had planned too, and it’s made them scramble and have to rapidly rethink the direction they were going to focus on for the new run.”
The Sun approached a representative for the show for comment.
Chloe’s exit comes after James Tindale, Marnie Simpson and Abbie Holborn all decided not to sign contracts for the next run.
An insider told us: “James, Marnie and Abbie have all chosen to move on from the show.
“They feel like it’s time to start a new chapter and do other things. They have all left in the past and come back down the line though, so who knows if they will close the book for good but for now”.
