The 47-year-old took to social media to reveal her more natural eyebrows following her latest cosmetic procedure.
But former glamour model Katie has decided to take action with her eyebrows, after her facelift had caused them to shoot up to her forehead.
Today she had her eyebrows, which had been tattooed on, removed through laser treatment.
Over the years, the star has become famous for her cosmetic surgeries, which has included boob jobs, liposuction and facelifts.
In a Snapchat video, Katie explained the reason behind her having her eyebrows lasered off.
She said: “So everyone as you always see all my treatments, today is cosmetic not surgery.
“Basically everyone takes the p**s out of my eyebrows, even I take the p**s out of my eyebrows because they look like Spock (from Star Trek).
“So I’ve lost colour in my eyebrows, I’ve lost shape.
“This because where I have had my eyes lift, my eyebrows are literally up here (pointed to top of forehead).”
Continuing Katie said: “So today I am going in to have all my eyebrows lasered off and I’m not going to have much left
“So where I have had treatments before people have burnt my eyebrows
“So I’m going to have them lasered and I’m not going to have much left up there – I’m going to look weird.”
Katie then showed on social media how she now has her real eyebrows back, and not her tattooed ones.
LIP FILLER DISSOLVED
This latest procedure comes just days after Katie told fans “watch me ruin my lips” as she showed off her deflated pout after having her filler dissolved.
Earlier this month she took to TikTok to share a clip of her having the cosmetic procedure – confessing she was simply reversing the treatment to “start fresh”.
She was seen having the solution massaged through her lips, saying: “This actually did hurt more than the injections.”
She said: “Oh my god, they’re really going down.
“I’ve got to keep massaging it where I was injected. They’re getting thinner already.
“But I love it because this is what I want, so I can start fresh.”
Katie’s fans rushed to comment, with many insisting she wasn’t “ruining” her lips by having the filler dissolved.
One wrote: “You’re fixing them not ruining.”
Another said: “Yes, be natural Katie. You don’t need the fake stuff.”
And a third added: “Natural all the way, well done.”
WEIGHTY ISSUE
This came a few days before Katie was cruelly trolled when she shared new snaps showing her looking worryingly thin.
The mum-of-five, who has claimed medics are baffled by her slimmed-down frame, was seen posing in all-black attire for a recent photoshoot.
The reality TV star pulled on a snug black zipped tracksuit from brand JYY London, giving her Facebook followers a glimpse from both the front and the rear.
Yet instead of honing in on the loungewear, some social media users opted to make distasteful remarks on her shape.
One female Facebook user posted: “Shame isn’t it she was stunning once.”
One then posted: “U must be freezing all the time.”
