âOff Campusâ Season 2 Sets Allie and Dean as Central Couple

âOff Campus,â Amazon Prime Videoâs popular new young adult romance series has set the central couple for its second season.
Season 2 will focus on Allie Hayes and Dean Di Laurentis, played by Mika Abdalla (âSex Appeal,â âSnack Shack,â âThe Pittâ) and Stephen Kalyn (âGen V,â âMotorheads,â âCruel Intentionsâ), respectively.
The news wonât come as a surprise to fans of âOff Campus,â who saw Allie and Deanâs relationship kick off during Season 1. In an interview with Variety about the finale, series creator and Louisa Levy said that âall eight scripts [for Season 2] are written and we have a very exciting plan for the season. I donât want to say anything yet â but I think book fans will be very excited,â and nodded when asked if Allie and Dean would be the leads. Described by Amazon as a âcollege soap,â âOff Campus follows âan elite ice hockey team, and the women in their lives, as they grapple with love, heartbreak, and self-discoveryâforging deep friendships and enduring bonds while navigating the complexities that come with transitioning into adulthood,â per the official logline. Season 1 focused on Hannah Wells (Ella Bright) and Garrett Graham (Belmont), who enter a fake romantic relationship but unexpectedly begin to fall for each other.
Along with Abdalla, Kalyn, Bright and Belmont, the Season 2 cast of âOff Campusâ includes Antonio Cipriano, Jalen Thomas Brooks and India Fowler, with Philipa Soo recurring.
Levi co-showruns âOff Campusâ with Gina Fattore. Both serve as executive producers alongside Wyck Godfrey, Marty Bowen and James Seidman for Temple Hill, Leanna Billings of Billings Productions and Neal Flaherty. The series is based on Elle Kennedyâs bestselling book series of the same name.
