Fans of Birds of a Feather have been given a rare glimpse into Pauline Quirke’s life as she continues to live with dementia. Longtime friend and co-star Linda Robson revealed that the 66-year-old actress is “doing really well” following a challenging period of ill health, including surgery to remove pancreatic tumours.

Speaking to Woman, Linda said: “Touch wood, we have come to the end of my illness. Pauline, who retired from acting in 2021 after her Alzheimer’s diagnosis, has been spending time focusing on her recovery and enjoying life with her family.
