The star was speaking about his partner when he said that she has âthe personality of an ugly birdâ.
Explaining his bizarre comments, he said: âMost ugly girls realise they gotta have a personality, to banter and tell jokes and [bleep], so people overlook the fact that theyâre not aesthetically amazing straight away.
âItâs called ugly duckling syndrome. Where you get them when girls are ugly, when they start off, and then they get prettier as they get older, but theyâve still got the personality of when they were ugly,â he then said.
David doubled down on his comments during an appearance on This Morning last week.
âItâs the truth. Ugly girls have better personalities than traditionally beautiful supermodels,â he said.

âSo I did a poll yesterday, and I was very shocked at the results. Couldnât believe it,â he said.
âApparently, Iâm wrong. I asked âAm I right or am I wrong?â, or am I correct in my opinions, or am I incorrect? Over 85% of people said I was incorrect. God damn. I wasnât expecting that. I thought I was right,â he said.
He then said that he âalways thoughtâ that girls who âhappen to win the human lottery that are tall, attractive to the masses, have it easier going through lifeâ he said â clarifying he meant the âproper supermodels,â not the âchubby little Instagram modelsâ â donât have a good personality.

David slammed
He then said that an unattractive girl with parents who are âshort, fat and uglyâ have had to work to get their personality better to be more appealing.
âPeople get triggered,â he said. He then fumed that you canât âbring up ugly fat girls need to do more than tall beautiful girlsâ.
He then hit out at the result of his poll again, saying thereâs ânot a lot of sensible people left in the world.â
His followers slammed him in the comment section.
âYou get a number of things wrong â including holding your phone to film yourself whilst driving. You are coming across as somewhat of a plank,â one follower said.
âThe fact that you donât understand why youâre wrong is absolutely wild,â another wrote.
âLook David, sometimes in life certain things should be kept to yourself, especially if youâre in the public eye,â a third said.
âAre you really this in need of publicity?â another asked. âYour opinions are cruel & offensive. Until you are perfect, then keep nasty comments to yourself! Beauty is in the eye of the beholder,â a fifth said.
