REAL Housewives of Atlanta alum Kim Zolciak has lost primary custody of her four kids in her bitter divorce from her ex Kroy Biermann.
In Georgia court filings obtained by The U.S. Sun, a judge ordered that Kroy get primary physical custody of the RHOA star’s minor children.
In the filing, the judge ruled Kroy will have final say over their children’s “educational, non-emergency medical, extracurricular, and religious decisions.”
Kim will have the children once every other weekend and the following Thursday of every other week, she can have them for four hours during dinner time.
Kim and Kroy share Kroy “KJ” Jagger Jr., 14, Kash Kade, 13, and twins Kaia Rose and Kane Ren, 12.
Kim is also a mom to two older daughters, Brielle, 27, and Ariana, 24, whom Kroy legally adopted.

In court documents filed this March, Kroy leveled serious allegations against Kim.
He claimed Kim failed to attend her court-ordered therapy sessions and spent two weeks out of the country while only seeing her children for a single night upon her return.
According to Kroy, during that brief visit, one of the children was bitten by a dog, an incident he used to highlight his concerns over her supervision.
In June 2025, The U.S. Sun revealed that the duo had actually filed to dismiss their divorce case, even though Kim had accused Kroy of physical violence only days prior.
Earlier that same year, Kim voiced concerns about Kroy’s mental health, claiming she believed he suffered from an undiagnosed medical condition that caused angry and emotional outbursts.
She even suggested that his behavior might be linked to Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE), a neurodegenerative disease associated with repeated head trauma from his professional football career, which she argued made him a safety risk to the family.
Kroy initially filed for divorce on August 24, 2023.
