Former Bachelorette JoJo Fletcher and her husband, Jordan Rodgers, are soaking in baby bliss with their newborn daughter, Romy.
âWeâve always been really good working as a team. Like, we do things together all the time,â Fletcher, 35, exclusively told Us Weekly on Tuesday, April 28, while promoting her partnership with Hallmark. âWe travel, we work together [and] weâre together all the time, so we know that weâre good working as a team, but I think when you become parents, itâs, like, this completely different level of really leaning on each other and remembering, âThis is your partner, this is your teammate.ââ
Fletcher and Rodgers, 37, have been married since May 2022. They welcomed their first baby, daughter Romy Blair, in December 2025.
âI didnât doubt that he would be like this, but heâs just been incredible, so helpful,â Fletcher gushed, noting her husband is âalways thereâ to take care of Romy. âEven in the middle of the night when I need to pump and [feed] her, heâs waking up with me and heâs doing all the things with me.â
According to Fletcher, parenthood has âbrought [them] closer.â
âEven before I was like, âI donât know if we could get much closer,â but [weâre] so much more unified,â she said. âYou have this little person that is half of you, half of him, and itâs just, like, this daily reminder of the love that you have together. I think she just makes everything better.â
Fletcher and Rodgers, who met on her season of The Bachelorette in 2016, have also tried to maintain their date nights.
âWe both are homebodies. Like, we love being at home, and so when Romy goes down, weâll cook our dinner, weâll watch our shows,â she told Us. âWe still are getting to do those things. Sheâs an awesome sleeper right now. Weâre getting that time kind of, like, back to where it can just be us while sheâs sleeping, and we have that time together. But, also, neither one of us really wants to be away from her right now. Weâre still, like, in this newborn bliss bubble.â

Fletcher and Rodgers equally take care of baby Romy.
âWeâre really good at, like, tag-teaming everything,â she added on Tuesday. âI probably do most of the feedings because I have the boobs, but when Iâm not, he will take a bottle, he will help. He does it all.â
Fletcher gave birth via C-section, telling Us that Rodgers was also âso attentiveâ while her body healed.
â[He made] sure that I was recovering well, and doing things that would help me, and [taking] just the mental load,â she said. âHeâs doing pretty great tag-teaming on truly everything.â
Fletcher was also impressed by how seamlessly Rodgers jumped into dad mode.
âJordan has maybe held, like, one or two babies in his entire life because either me or his brother [Luke Rodgers] have forced our nieces on him to hold once,â Fletcher quipped. âHeâs never done anything with babies, so I was like, âOK, this is going to be something heâs going to learn.â ⊠Iâm telling you, he was the swaddle master night one, he was the diaper changer master night one. Iâm like, âHow are you just doing all this so seamlessly?â He totally surprised me, and heâs so good at it.â
Fletcher is also gearing up for her first Motherâs Day later this month.
âThis Motherâs Day is super fun for me to be able to celebrate my mom, my sisters, my friends, [and] thatâs why this partnership with Hallmark is so great,â she said. âIâve always been a love language card lover, and Hallmark, obviously, their greeting cards make it so easy to express that, and not just through the cards, but through their gifts.â
She continued, âI always just think that little things that you can write down and cherish and keep forever and go back and read always mean the most to me. So, I want to do that for them this year for all of the moms in my life.âÂ
