GOGGLEBOX favourites Alfie Mulhall and Andrew Nicolls have stripped off to reveal matching six packs.
The married couple looked worldâs away from the Channel 4 show as they showed off their body transformations.
Alfie took to Instagram to share a series of pictures of them both to commemorate their third anniversary and certainly left their fans feeling hot under the collar.
In one snap, the pair posed in just their towels as they revealed their impressive muscular bods.
In another, the couple took a shirtless mirror selfie as Alfie put his arm around Andrew as they beamed from ear to ear.
Other pictures showed them posing with their pet pooch, all dressed up in suits and while enjoying holidays together.
Alfie penned: âHappy third anniversary my darling. Thank you for putting up with me, especially when Iâm grumpy in the morning.
âMy partner in crime. The vodka to my tonic. Thereâs never a dull moment with youâŠHereâs to many more.

Their fans couldnât get over their physiques as one person gushed: âMy god you guys are in great shape.â
Another social media user penned: âCongratulations, wow what physiques.â
Somebody else commented: âBoth looking amazing, your such a lovely couple.â
Yet another fan enthused: âWow looking good both of you.â
While a fourth added: âLooking great guys. Happy anniversary to you both with love.â
Andrew shared his own post on his page as he wrote: âHappy anniversary my darling, the best husband and dog dad, we love you a bazillion trillion!â
The pair tied the knot in 2024 in a picturesque ceremony in Italy.
The two have a 30-year age gap, with Alfie being 32 and Andrew being 62-years-old.
Due to their age difference, viewers initially mistook them for father and son.
Alfie even poked fun at it during the New Yearâs special as he held up a card that read: âAnd people think youâre my father.â
