LANDMAN SEASON 3 EXPANDS TO 14 EPISODES AS PARAMOUNT PLUS GOES ALL IN
Fans of Taylor Sheridan’s Landman have been waiting anxiously since the explosive Season 2 finale, Tragedy and Flies, aired on January 18, 2026. Now Paramount+ has finally confirmed that Season 3 is not only happening, but it is getting even bigger.
The new season will expand to 14 episodes, breaking Sheridan’s usual 10-episode formula and giving viewers a longer, deeper ride through the dangerous world of West Texas oil. Even better, every new episode will premiere on Sundays, turning the summer of 2026 into weekly appointment television.
Season 2 left fans with chaos on every front. Tommy Norris, played by Billy Bob Thornton, was pushed out of M-Tex Oil by Cami Miller, played by Demi Moore. Cooper Norris faced possible jail time, Angela Norris struggled with her daughter Ainsley, and cartel boss Gallino tightened his grip on the oilfield drama.
Sam Elliott’s powerful presence helped anchor the season, adding even more weight to a story already packed with betrayal, family tension, cartel threats, and high-stakes business warfare.
Paramount+ confirmed Season 3 in December 2025 after record-breaking streaming numbers, proving that Landman has become one of Sheridan’s biggest modern hits. With Billy Bob Thornton, Demi Moore, Andy Garcia, Jacob Lofland, Michelle Randolph, and Sam Elliott expected back, fans can count on major continuity and even bigger conflicts.
The expanded 14-episode run means more time for character arcs, more oilfield power plays, more cartel pressure, and more suspense as the Norris family and M-Tex world face their most dangerous chapter yet.
The official Sunday release schedule begins May 3, 2026, and continues every week through August 2, 2026. Episode 1 premieres May 3, followed by new episodes on May 10, May 17, May 24, May 31, June 7, June 14, June 21, June 28, July 5, July 12, July 19, July 26, and the finale on August 2.
Fans are already celebrating online. One viewer wrote, “Fourteen episodes, all Sundays? Sheridan finally gave us what we wanted!” Another added, “Landman is about to become the next Yellowstone—bring on the cartel wars and oilfield drama!”
With 14 Sunday premieres, Landman Season 3 is set to dominate the summer of 2026. Fans will not just be watching — they will be counting down every Sunday.
