Kelly Brook has once again reminded fans why she remains one of Britain’s most admired glamour icons, after sharing a series of sun-drenched holiday snaps from the South of France while celebrating her husband Jeremy Parisi’s 41st birthday.
The 46-year-old model and radio presenter looked radiant as she posed in a patterned brown-and-white bikini during a luxury escape to the five-star Les Roches Blanches hotel in Cassis. With the sparkling sea behind her and an infinity pool stretching towards the horizon, Kelly appeared relaxed, confident and completely at ease as she enjoyed the romantic break.
Wearing her long brunette hair loose and placing her sunglasses on top of her head, Kelly smiled warmly for a selfie from the edge of the pool. The stunning setting, combined with her effortless holiday style, quickly caught the attention of fans online.
Jeremy, meanwhile, looked equally relaxed as he cooled off in the pool during the couple’s glamorous getaway. The Italian model showed off his toned physique as he posed for photos and captured sweet moments of Kelly enjoying a swim in the ocean.
The birthday trip was not only about poolside glamour. Kelly and Jeremy also visited a vineyard, where they sampled wine and took in the beautiful French countryside. In one romantic moment, the couple were seen sharing a kiss, looking as loved-up as ever.

Kelly kept her daytime look chic and simple for the outing, wearing an oversized white shirt tucked into blue denim shorts. Jeremy matched the laid-back holiday mood in a brown polo shirt and trousers.
Sharing the moment with her followers, Kelly wrote: “41 and still a Hun @jeremyparisi.”
The post comes just weeks after Kelly turned heads during another romantic trip with Jeremy, this time on Italy’s Amalfi Coast. The couple were celebrating 11 years together, and Kelly shared several glowing photos from the escape.
In one image, she posed by the ocean in a plunging white-and-blue floral swimsuit from Next, proudly showing off her curves while soaking up the sunshine. Kelly captioned the post: “When you marry an Italian you get to spend the Easter Weekend in our Favourite place with a Few of our Favourite things.”
During that trip, Kelly and Jeremy also enjoyed a cooking class together in the mountains, where they wore matching aprons and learned how to make different styles of pasta. Marking their anniversary, Kelly wrote: “Celebrating 11 Years Together so we took some Cooking Classes in Italy.”
The couple tied the knot in 2022 and have since shared more of their life together with viewers through La Vita Italiana, a three-part mini-series for ITV’s This Morning. The programme followed Kelly as she experienced life at Jeremy’s family home and farm in Arpino, Italy.
Their love story began in a modern and unexpected way. Kelly first reached out to Jeremy on Instagram, and the pair soon bonded over their shared interest in fitness and martial arts. In the early days of their relationship, communication was not always easy, as Jeremy spoke very little English and mainly used French and Italian.
Despite Kelly’s long career in the spotlight, the couple have generally chosen to keep much of their relationship private. Jeremy has never chased public attention in the same way, and Kelly has often spoken warmly about the quieter, more grounded side of their life together.
Her latest holiday photos also come after Kelly opened up about body confidence and revealed she had recently been offered a weight-loss jab before entering the I’m A Celebrity jungle last year.
Speaking on the How To Fail With Elizabeth Day podcast, Kelly said she was stunned when a doctor suggested Mounjaro to her.
“I was offered Mounjaro literally last week by a doctor. Isn’t that insane?” she said.
Kelly recalled asking why she would need it, before being told that “everyone’s on it.” Her response was firm: “Well, I’m not.”
She explained that while she enjoys certain beauty treatments, including facials, massages and a little Botox, she feels very differently when it comes to her body.
“When it comes to my body, I’m really precious about my body,” she said.
Kelly added that she loves her curves and feels proud of what her body has done for her, especially after completing a marathon earlier this year.
“I love my body, I absolutely love my body,” she said. “My body has got me through so many things, and I just love my curves, my husband loves my curves.”
She also shared her sadness that so many women feel pressured to change themselves, saying: “I just think it’s unfortunate that women feel the need to change who they are.”
For Kelly, the glamorous bikini photos from France appeared to carry a deeper message than just a luxury birthday celebration. They showed a woman enjoying life, love and confidence on her own terms — unbothered by pressure, proud of her body, and clearly still glowing in the romance she shares with Jeremy.
