GB News presenter Dawn Neesom has revealed she is marking four decades of marriage to her husband Mark, sharing the joyful news with followers on social media.
The television host announced the ruby wedding anniversary milestone, posting about receiving a special ring to commemorate the occasion.
“Celebrating getting the ring 40 years after he put a ring on it there’s now another one ready to go on in a few weeks time,” Dawn wrote, using hashtags including #ruby and #weddinganniversary.
The announcement prompted an outpouring of warm wishes from fans and fellow broadcasters alike, with many expressing their admiration for the couple’s enduring relationship.
Supporters rushed to congratulate the couple beneath her post, with several expressing astonishment at Dawn reaching such a significant anniversary.
“How is that possible when you barely look 40!!! Gorge,” one admirer commented, whilst another wrote: “You don’t look old enough to be having a ruby wedding anniversary!”
One follower playfully suggested Mark deserved recognition for the achievement, asking: “Does Mark get a medal for that Dawn congrats to you both.”

Dawn has enjoyed a lengthy career in broadcasting, with her professional journey including a notable working relationship with fellow GB News presenter Eamonn Holmes.
The pair first collaborated in the early 1990s, when Dawn made her debut on breakfast television.
“I always remember that very first day we worked together back in the early 90s, and I was terrified,” she recalled, crediting Eamonn with helping her settle into the role.
