So Amanda Holden thought of the best way to stay cool and stripped down to a tiny two-piece on Saturday.
The presenter, 55, looked incredible in a red Melissa Odabash bikini as she posed on a garden swing, showing off her toned abs and long legs.
Sharing the post on Instagram, Amanda revealed she had spent the day with the swimwear designer and their mutual friend Alesha Dixon.
She captioned the snap: ‘The best day in this beautiful weather! Wearing @melissaodabash of course.
‘Swipe to see the bikini queen herself along with my lovely @aleshaofficial -what a fab lunch all together-with our girls too.’

Earlier in the week, Amanda found another novel way to keep cool in the heat, tipping a bucket of ice cold water over her Heart Radio co-host Jamie Theakston on Thursday, while the pair played a game on air.
With four buckets to choose from, and three containing heart-shaped confetti, Jamie managed to avoid the ice bucket twice before being drenched on the third attempt.
Amanda looked to be having a great time as she doused her co-host in the freezing water before cheering at the end.
Taking to Instagram to share the video, Heart penned: ‘We think @noholdenback enjoyed this a little too much…’
Amanda looked stunning for the radio show as she opted for a stylish long blue dress and white heels.
Meanwhile, Jamie showed his support for England in the World Cup as he donned a football shirt.
Amanda previously also cheered on the Three Lions when she turned up to Heart Radio Breakfast in the team’s football kit last week.
The presenter added her own touch of glamour to the official 2026 Nike kit with white stilettos.

Arizona-born Ashley, 44, donned the US kit which she paired with white Louboutin heels. The presenter, who has lived in the UK for the past 14 years, also showed her support to England as she later donned the team’s shirt.
Jamie, meanwhile, was dressed as an England goalkeeper in a nod to his Soccer Aid days.
Sharing the snaps on Instagram, Heart wrote: ‘It’s coming home!’
Amanda has always been a huge supporter of the national football team and has previously donned England shirts for past tournaments.
At club level, the presenter has been a lifelong fan of Everton F.C.
