The star died on October 16 after suffering a fall at home, his family said.

His death has been confirmed as accidental.

Ace suffered a fracture to the back of his skull, a subdural hematoma – blood in the brain – and a stroke, according to New Jersey’s Medical examiner report.

Earlier reports said he had been on a ventilator for some time and his family were said to be considering turning off the support
