Fred Sirieix forced to make change
Fred is no stranger to taking part in a gruelling workout. As Menâs Health reported, Fred cranks out 301 push-ups every morning, before moving on to squats and finishing with shadow boxing using hand weights.
Fred also regularly gives fans a look inside his intense fitness routines. Earlier this week, he uploaded a video to Instagram of himself and his Team GB diver daughter, Andrea Spendolini-Sirieix, working up a sweat at a gym.
However, Fred previously revealed heâs had to make some major changes to his workouts as heâd had to âlisten to my body more attentivelyâ.

Fred says âmy body wonât allow itâ
Back in September, Fred took to his Instagram and shared a video of himself in the gym. In the caption, he confessed: âHow times change!
âNot so long ago Iâd train like an athlete up to three hours a day while doing a 12/14 hours full on restaurant shift.â Fred added: âFather Time has well and truly caught up with me now. I canât do what I was doing anymore.
âMy body wonât allow it. Iâm still pushing myself but at a different pace. Only now I have to listen to my body more attentively.â
Fred on why he works out
Meanwhile, in 2023, Fred spoke about his fitness regime and revealed that fitness has become more important to him as heâs gotten older.
He told MailOnline: âI used to do lots of different things, triathlons, marathons, boxing, I am a bit older now, so I donât compete anymore, but I train just as hard as I did before.â
Fred also added: âItâs a way of life, I have always done sports and if I donât do it I feel fidgety and I need to exercise. Itâs important for my head, the Romans used to say a healthy mind, a healthy body. The older you get, the more you realise how important it is.â
