Molly-Mae Hague recently opened up about an emotionally turbulent week filled with intense arguments that left her feeling as though she was “falling apart” behind the scenes. The former Love Island star shared a deeply personal update with her followers, admitting that although she usually avoids showing negativity online, she currently does not feel okay.

In a new YouTube video posted on Mother’s Day, Molly-Mae spoke candidly about the challenges she has been facing. Addressing criticism that she often complains, she explained that the past week had been unusually difficult and unsettling. Filming part of the vlog in her car, she told her two million subscribers that she had initially started recording the vlog the previous day but decided to restart it entirely because the week had felt so strange and overwhelming.
She described the experience as filled with “weird energy,” saying that each day brought something unexpected—and not in a positive way. Molly-Mae even compared the feeling to a kind of personal upheaval, as if something significant and unsettling was happening in her life, despite there being no obvious external cause. Just days earlier, she had been enjoying what she described as a perfect trip to Disneyland Paris, traveling by private jet. However, the contrast between that joyful experience and the emotional difficulties that followed made the week feel even more frustrating.
At the beginning of the week, she had felt optimistic and excited, but as events unfolded, her mood shifted dramatically. She admitted that her energy had dropped and that she no longer felt like herself. Determined to regain control, she told her audience that she wanted to “rewrite” the remainder of the week and make the most of the time she had left to turn things around.
Despite trying to stay positive, Molly-Mae acknowledged that she was struggling internally. At one point, she questioned whether she genuinely felt better or if she was simply pretending to cope. She openly spoke about the series of strange arguments and negative interactions she had experienced, saying she couldn’t fully understand why everything felt so off. Nevertheless, she emphasized the importance of pushing forward and continuing to face challenges head-on.

The influencer, who is currently six months pregnant with her second child, also reflected on how the emotional strain had affected her sense of identity. Although she said she feels physically fine during her pregnancy, she admitted that emotionally, she feels disconnected from herself. She described herself as feeling like a “broken woman,” explaining that the events of the week had left her shaken and unsettled.
Molly-Mae also shared that she has become more reserved over time, suggesting that the pressures of her personal life and public image may have contributed to her current emotional state. Even so, she reassured her followers that she believes things will improve. She expressed her dislike for bringing negativity into her content but felt it was important to be honest about her experiences, especially during difficult moments.
She compared her life to a rollercoaster, full of highs and lows, but emphasized that motherhood and family life remain incredibly fulfilling for her. Despite the challenges of the past week, she made it clear that she is grateful for her family and remains hopeful about the future. By the end of the vlog, she noted that she was feeling somewhat better, even if the week had been unusually difficult.
Molly-Mae and her fiancé, Tommy Fury, are currently expecting their second child, who is due to arrive in mid-June. Earlier in the month, she shared updates about her pregnancy, revealing that she was 24 weeks and 6 days along at the time. She also gave fans a glimpse into her journey, continuing to document both the joys and challenges of preparing to expand their family.

Through her candid reflections, Molly-Mae has once again shown her willingness to be vulnerable with her audience, offering an honest look into the complexities of her life beyond the glamorous moments often seen on social media.
