Created by Roma Roth and adapted from Robyn Carr’s book series of the same name, the three series have delved into the twisting love story.

And just days after its release, viewers have already been heaping praise on the series, telling other Netflix users it’s a ‘must watch’ after being left emotional from binge-watching the entire show.

‘The cast delivers authentic and compelling performances,’ one wrote on a reviews site. ‘It’s emotionally rich and beautifully crafted drama.’

Another chimed in: ‘Sullivan’s Crossing has me crying like a BABY,’ while a third agreed: ‘Sullivan’s Crossing on Netflix has me in a chokehold.’

‘So what if I watched the first two seasons of Sullivan’s Crossing in a few days?’ a fourth joked as they revealed they’d nearly finished all the episodes.

As a fifth concluded: ‘I finished in a matter of days and now want Season 4!’

Author Robyn is also the author of Virgin River, another Netflix hit series that ran for six series from 2019, with two more seasons confirmed to be in the works.

Earlier this year, Netflix fans admitted they ‘stayed up all night’ to watch the ‘utterly mesmerising’ romcom that they have dubbed ‘the best comfort TV you can stream.’

The soap opera Virgin River – starring Alexandra Breckenridge and Martin Henderson – premiered its sixth season back in January.

The small-screen adaptation of Robyn Carr’s bestselling book series first launched in 2019 and follows midwife Melinda ‘Mel’ Monroe (Alexandra).

Mel moves to the remote Northern Californian town of Virgin River to ‘start fresh’ but is soon surprised by who she finds there.

The talented ensemble also includes Tim Matheson, Annette O’Toole, Jenny Cooper, Benjamin Hollingsworth, Lauren Hammersley, Grayson Gurnsey, Sarah Dugdale, Zibby Allen, and Marco Grazzini, Mark Ghanimé, and Kai Bradbury.

Virgin River managed to beat Stranger Things’ record (2.3B minutes) for most-streamed show in its first three days of availability with an eye-popping 2.6B minutes – according to Variety.

In fact, the fourth season of the Northern California-set, small-town romantic drama was in the global top 10 most-streamed TV shows for 10 solid weeks in over 70 countries.

Sullivan’s Crossing is available to stream on Netflix now.
