An emotional reunion is quietly being prepared behind the scenes of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! as rapper Aitch’s beloved teenage sister Gracie has secretly travelled to Australia ahead of his expected jungle exit.
The 25-year-old star has emerged as one of this year’s most loved contestants and is now widely tipped to make it all the way to the final. But while fans have been watching his journey unfold on screen, few realised that one of the most important people in his life has already landed just miles away — waiting for the moment they can finally embrace again.
A Brother and Sister Bond That Runs Deep
Aitch shares a powerful connection with his twin sisters Gracie and Hattie, who are both 16. Gracie, who has Down syndrome, holds a particularly special place in his heart and has long been a driving force in his life and music.
Now, it has emerged that Gracie is staying at the same hotel as the eliminated celebrities, preparing for what is expected to be an intensely emotional reunion with her big brother once he leaves the jungle.
ITV cameras recently captured a touching moment when Kelly Brook, fresh from her own exit, met Gracie at the hotel. Overcome with warmth, Kelly told her:
“I’ve heard so much about you. Your song last night was beautiful. Your brother misses you so much.”
The rapper has become a fan favourite and is tipped by many to make it to Sunday’s final. and he even shared a sweet on-screen tribute to his sister in Tuesday’s episode

The Performance That Stopped the Nation
Earlier this week, Aitch brought an entire nation to tears with his live performance of “My G”, a song he wrote for Gracie. The track, which donates all profits to the Down’s Syndrome Association, became one of the most powerful moments of the season.
With no Ed Sheeran available for the jungle version, Aitch jokingly drafted in his campmate AngryGinge to perform alongside him. But there was nothing light-hearted about the emotion that followed.
The lyrics — filled with hope, patience, and unconditional love — left viewers openly sobbing. Even Ruby Wax admitted she had been deeply moved by the performance.
Within minutes, social media exploded with fans declaring that Aitch had already “won the show” in their eyes.
A Mission Bigger Than a Reality Show
Before entering the jungle, Aitch made it clear that his reason for signing up went far beyond fame.
“I’m not only doing this for people with Down syndrome,” he explained.
“I’m doing it for the families too. I don’t want anyone to feel sad or sorry when they hear that someone they love has Down syndrome. It’s not a tragedy — it’s a blessing.”
His words struck a powerful chord — and now, with Gracie waiting just outside the jungle, his journey feels like it’s coming full circle.
A Jungle Already in Mourning
The emotional weight inside the camp is already heavy after Ruby Wax’s shock elimination, which left multiple contestants in tears. Ruby described the group as her “family” and admitted leaving them behind was heartbreaking.
Now, another emotional farewell — and an even deeper reunion — is about to unfold.
And when Aitch finally walks across that famous jungle bridge, the person waiting for him won’t just be a supporter.
It will be the sister who inspired everything.
