DAN Osborne’s “panicked” reaction to his shock split from wife Jacqueline Jossa has been revealed.
We told yesterday that the EastEnders actress called time on their marriage.
The couple have been together 13 years and tied the knot in 2017 in a glittering magazine-cover ceremony.
However, their marriage has been rocked by multiple cheating allegations against Dan, who admitted in 2020: “I’ve made mistakes.”
Last year the couple secretly separated with Dan moving out into another house he owned.
And now he’s said to be stunned by Jacqueline calling time on their tumultuous romance.
A source said: “After all Jac’s been through, she’s finally had enough.
“They’ve been living separate lives all this year and she’s over it.
“There’s only so many times she can put herself through living in limbo and taking him back.”
The source added that Dan has been left “panicked” by her decision.
“She has mentally checked out of the relationship for the first time and Dan has panicked.
“He’s worried the grass isn’t greener and has had the shock of his life that he’s pushed Jac too far this time.”
The couple tied the knot at stunning Delamere Manor, in Cheshire, in 2017 and appeared in a glossy photoshoot for OK! magazine.
But their marriage has been rocked by numerous cheating allegations against Dan.
Whilst Jacqueline is described by those around her as “a sweet, kind and loyal soul”, her turbulent relationship has undoubtedly caused distress over the years — and made her appear to be a “walkover”.
However she is now said to be getting her confidence back as a single woman.
Our source explained: “Her friends are all so pleased for her.
“They’ve been begging her to ditch Dan for years. She’s spent years looking after her kids, dealing with whatever latest scandal to hit Dan and she had forgotten about herself.
“Going back to work has given her purpose and fulfilment and helped (her) find the strength she needed to see life after Dan.”
