TV presenter Helen Skelton has reportedly sold one of the homes she once shared with ex-husband Richie Myler, as her relationship with co-star Gethin Jones appears to be growing ever closer.
The former Countryfile star and her rugby player ex originally purchased the property in January 2020, just before converting it—along with the neighbouring house—into a sprawling eight-bedroom residence. That dream, however, began to unravel after their shock split in April 2022, just four months after the birth of their youngest daughter, Elsie.
Despite being listed for offers over £895,000, the property recently sold for just £500,000. The modernised four-bedroom link-detached house is the latest asset the pair have divided amid Helen’s ongoing romantic developments with BBC Morning Live colleague Gethin Jones.
Sources say Helen and Gethin have grown “increasingly close,” recently seen enjoying a spa trip together in Cheshire. Their bond has sparked plenty of speculation, with fans noting their on-screen chemistry and off-screen sightings, including a cosy motorbike moment.
While Helen remains tight-lipped about her love life, the sale of this property marks a symbolic move—letting go of a chapter once defined by marriage and family, and stepping toward a future that may just include a new beginning with Gethin.
