From Final Champagne To First Cradle: Gemma Collins’ Miracle 2026 Baby And Triple-Wedding Dream After Years Of Heartbreak
For Gemma Collins, this New Year’s Eve wasn’t just another glamorous party in London — it was the moment her life finally turned a page.
At 44, the former TOWIE star has joyfully confirmed that 2026 will bring not one, but two life-changing milestones: she and fiancé Rami Hawash are preparing to welcome a baby, and they will officially become husband and wife.
The announcement came in classic GC style. Dressed to the nines and surrounded by close friends at the swanky Ned hotel — including DJ Fat Tony — Gemma lifted what she called her “final glass of champagne” as she stepped into a new chapter: motherhood.
Alongside radiant photos of the loved-up couple, she wrote:
“The most fantastic NYE with our faves — it was the final drink of champagne as I have a wedding to plan!! Yes I’m getting married this year and YES I’m having a baby.”
She described the night as “out of this world,” praising the music, the atmosphere and the staff, and even urging fans to book their own New Year’s celebrations there next year.
A Long Road To This Moment
Behind the sparkle lies a story filled with silent grief.
Gemma has spoken bravely about her heartbreaking fertility journey, revealing she has suffered three devastating miscarriages. Her first loss in 2012 remains one of the most painful chapters of her life — she previously admitted she didn’t even know she was pregnant and heartbreakingly said the baby “died in front of her” after she gave birth at home.
In 2020, during the height of the Covid pandemic, she endured a second loss, followed by a third miscarriage just months later after falling pregnant with then-boyfriend James Argent.
Doctors later confirmed Gemma lives with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and has low AMH hormone levels, meaning her egg reserve is limited — news that only deepened her fears that motherhood might never happen for her.
She has also shared that she once had to make the traumatic decision to terminate a pregnancy with an intersex baby — a moment that changed her forever.
At times, she even considered surrogacy or fostering, inspired by the fact her own mother was fostered as a child.
A Blended Family And A Triple Wedding
Now engaged to businessman Rami Hawash since 2024, Gemma is already a devoted stepmum to his seven-year-old son Tristan — a role she often describes as one of the greatest joys of her life.
And when it comes to tying the knot, she’s not doing things by halves.
The couple have revealed plans for not one, but three weddings: a main ceremony in the UK, a destination celebration abroad, and an intimate formal event for close family and friends. True to form, Gemma has already started dreaming up multiple wedding dresses to match each occasion.
A Health Transformation Behind The Scenes
In recent months, Gemma has also opened up about her dramatic weight-loss journey, admitting she is micro-dosing the medication Mounjaro after previously suffering “agonising” side effects.
Last August she collapsed in pain with a gallbladder attack after dropping from a size 26 to a size 20 and losing 3½ stone. She paused the injections, then carefully restarted on a lower 2.5mg dose — a move she says has helped her avoid harsh reactions.
Calling the transformation “life-changing,” Gemma insists she isn’t chasing perfection.
“I’m never going to look stick thin — I don’t want to,” she said.
“It’s about being healthier, and it’s all going in the right direction.”
She hopes to lose six stone in total — but only at her own pace.
From Tears To Triumph
After more than a decade of heartbreak, uncertainty and whispered prayers, Gemma Collins is finally preparing for the future she once feared she’d never have.
One last glass of champagne. One brand-new dream. And in 2026 — a baby in her arms and Rami by her side.
