The former EastEnders actress, 34, finished third on the ITV show, but it was her closeness with rapper Aitch, 25 — real name Harrison Armstrong — that viewers couldn’t stop watching.
Appearing on Lorraine after weeks of romance rumours, Shona made one thing clear: they’re not officially a couple… but something real did grow between them.
“I mean, I’m over ten years older than him,” she admitted with a smile. “At first it felt a bit difficult because of that. But we’re both hyper, both silly — we just had the same energy. That’s why we got on.”
She laughed off the idea of labels, calling their dynamic “little brother, big sister”, yet her next words revealed far more than she perhaps intended.
“We really did click in a way neither of us expected.”
‘She Made Me Feel Safe’ — Aitch’s Private Confession
Friends of Aitch say the rapper has been quietly opening up about how much Shona meant to him inside camp.
“At first I was honestly worried because she’s quite a bit older than me,” he reportedly shared. “But the more time we spent together, the less that mattered. She understood me in a way not many people do.”

“We’re all keeping in touch,” Shona revealed. “I used to think the whole ‘big family’ thing was just a saying — but now I believe it. These people really are my family.”
Insiders say Shona and Aitch have been quietly checking in on each other ever since, letting their connection unfold without pressure or public expectations.
Healing, Yodelling — And What Comes Next
On Lorraine, Shona also laughed about her now-iconic yodelling, which unexpectedly became a camp hit.
“It’s just something I do at home — a little party trick I learned during lockdown.”
But it was her honesty about anxiety that struck a deeper chord.
“My anxiety has been up and down for as long as I can remember,” she shared. “But being in there was healing. I’ve learned so much about myself.”
Looking ahead, Shona says she wants to explore presenting alongside acting — ready for a new chapter.
