JIMMY BULLARD was furious after learning Harry Redknapp was getting more money than him for his I’m A Celebrity return.
The former Premier League player believed that he should have been paid the same amount as ex-footie manager Harry, who won the show in Australia in 2018.
A source said: “Jimmy expected to be on the same money as Harry.
“However, Harry is considered one of the biggest names of the South Africa series.
“He also loves spending time at home with wife Sandra and it would have taken a big fee for him to spend time in South Africa without her.”
Jimmy was reportedly paid £100,000 to do the main show in 2014, while Harry is believed to have pocketed £500,000 four years later, making him one of the highest-paid contestants.
At the time of his first stint, Jimmy said: “I would have come in the jungle for nothing.
“I would have paid them a little bit of money to get me in there.”
Going back more than 25 years, Harry signed Jimmy to West Ham United in 1999 from non-league Gravesend & Northfleet for £20,000, but let him go at the end of the 2000-01 season.
The Sun previously told how Waterloo Road star Adam Thomas and Jimmy had an explosive row over a high-stakes challenge while filming the series.
They are no longer on speaking terms.
