Little Brother revolves around a famous real estate agent, Rudd (Cena), whose carefully curated world is upended when his eccentric “little brother,” Marcus (André), unexpectedly reappears in his life. Rudd’s wife, Deirdre (Monaghan), tries to broker peace between the estranged duo, but her efforts are no match for the absolute chaos that ensues.
