THIS Morning star Josie Gibson showed off the results of her fat-removing arm surgery after five stone weight loss.

The presenter, 41, who had arm lift surgery in March this year due to lipoedema, took to Instagram to show off her incredible body in a number of figure-hugging dresses.
Josie was all smiles as she posed up a storm in her living room in some stunning outfits from fashion brand Odd Muse.
The former Big Brother star wowed in a brown, black and denim pleated midaxi dress, as well as a black and white polka dot maxi dress.
Josie looked stunning in a white and brown tight dress and looked over the moon as she turned to the side to display her toned arms.
“Showing off my new arms,” she wrote in the caption of the post.
Many rushed to the comments section to share the love.
One said: “You look amazing.”
Another added: “Absolute fire! Love them all beauts. Love your hair that length too. Worldie x.”
“Bloody gorgeous,” a third chimed in.
A fourth wrote: “Absolute queen.”
Last month, Josie showed off her huge scars after undergoing arm lift surgery amid a painful health battle.
The ITV favourite took to Instagram to promote Wild deodorant, and while she lifted up her arm to use the product, she displayed her scars.
Josie had the operations after revealing she is suffering with lipoedema, and telling fans she’s “constantly fighting my genetics”.
According to the NHS website, lipoedema “is an abnormal build-up of fat in your legs and sometimes arms”.
Chatting on This Morning with Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley, Josie explained in January: “All I can tell you is what I’ve been told.
“I’ve been to see a lot of experts… I’ve been to Berlin to see one, I’ve seen three in London. And basically they said it’s when your body holds onto fat differently.
“I said, ‘I train, I don’t feel like I overeat, I’m fit and healthy’. They said, ‘you can train seven days a week – you won’t get rid of lipedema fat like that’.”
Josie has also had surgery on her calves.
Over the past year, the star has lost an incredible five stone, and she has said it’s all due to doing the 1970s Diet.
The 1970s Diet is a regime that sees people focus on smaller portions and more filling, less-processed foods, which were typical of 70s living.
