Orchestrated by ex-boyfriend Daniel Lynch and carried out by accomplice Stefan Sylvestre, the horrific attack left Katie with life-altering injuries. Since then, she has undergone over 250 surgical procedures, many aimed at reducing scar tissue and restoring facial function.
