A source revealed that Lorraine, 66, has been quietly exploring new opportunities and is reportedly in talks with former ITV colleague Piers Morgan, who has advised her on creating her own social media show following his success with Uncensored. “Lorraine has huge ambitions and has been in talks about new ideas with some of her former team. She loves the idea of being her own boss and working with her old team again,” the insider told The Sun.
Among the plans reportedly being explored is an online interview format and a new podcast with her daughter Rosie, tentatively titled Mother To Mother, featuring celebrity mum guests. “They would love to host it together… and they are in advanced planning stages,” the source added.
The move comes amid a turbulent time behind the scenes at ITV, with multiple shows facing cutbacks. Lorraine’s show now shares cramped basement studio space with Loose Women and This Morning, causing reported meltdowns among staff due to limited dressing rooms and backstage resources.
