Pete Wicks told ‘you need a homely woman’ – and he’s told when he’ll meet her
Former TOWIE star Pete Wicks has been told he needs a “nice homely woman” by a viral internet sensation, and she even went as far as to say when the encounter would take place
TV personality Pete Wicks has been told he “needs a nice homely woman” – and he’s even been given a prediction of when that encounter will occur.
The former TOWIE star has enjoyed a eventful romantic history over the years, yet at 37 has still to find a permanent partner. His previous relationships include former TOWIE co-stars Jess Wright, Megan McKenna and Shelby Tribble and I’m A Celeb star Maura Higgins, while he has recently been linked to his friend Olivia Attwood.
Pete recently made an appearance on the Grime Gran podcast with the viral internet sensation, real name Margie Keefe.
Margie claims to be a psychic medium and shared some candid truths with Pete regarding his romantic life on her YouTube channel.
She said: “I think, and I know I’m right, you need a nice homely woman and you’ll meet one when you least expect it. She’ll come into your life. I want an invite to your wedding,” reports the Mirror.
“I’m sure that you will meet someone and it will be the love of your life. You’ve been meeting the wrong ones.” Pete responded with: “Fingers crossed,” before quipping: “It could be you. When you least expect it.”
After joking that he was going to “say something really inappropriate there,” Pete added: “If I do, I’m going to have to bring her to see you. I don’t know you particularly well but the time I’ve spent with you, you’re someone’s opinion who matters to me and I trust.”
Grime Gran, who is in her 80s, rose to fame when her grandson, grime videographer RiskyRoadz, began filming her interviewing prominent music stars over a cup of tea. She recently launched her own YouTube channel, and alongside Pete has sat down with TV and radio presenter Rylan Clark and Inbetweeners star James Buckley and his wife Clair.
Pete was recently left distinctly unamused when his close friend Sam Thompson teased him about his rumoured romance with Olivia Atwood. Following the breakdown of the former Love Island star’s marriage to Bradley Dack, Olivia has been spotted growing increasingly close to her good friend Pete.
Olivia, 35, and Pete were photographed sharing a kiss on what looked to be an intimate date night, and the former Towie star was also spotted on airport duties as Olivia returned from a girls’ holiday.
While neither has confirmed they are in a relationship, ex Made In Chelsea star Sam couldn’t resist making a tongue-in-cheek remark about their situation.
Speaking on the most recent episode of the Staying Relevant podcast, Pete’s closest friend Sam discussed the pair attending Olivia’s birthday celebrations over the weekend alongside Sam’s girlfriend Talitha Balinska. During their conversation, Sam joked that both he and Pete had been celebrating with their ‘other halves.’
Pete immediately appeared unimpressed by the comment and moved swiftly to shut the topic down.
