SAM Thompson has revealed how ITV bosses had to BEG one of the campmates to return to I’m A Celeb’s chaotic final Unpacked show on the night.
Last month when the final aired after an explosive All Stars series in South Africa, things became heated in the studio, with campmates going up against one another and hosts Ant and Dec attempt to calm things down.
Ant and Dec hosted the live event and battled keep the likes of Jimmy Bullard and David Haye in check amid their feud with Adam Thomas.
Sam, who hosts the Unpacked spin off show with Kemi Rodgers, has now revealed that their show, which aired straight after the live final, was equally as chaotic.
The former Made in Chelsea hunk was chatting to Pete Wicks on their Staying Relevant podcast this week when he revealed bosses begged Harry Redknapp to retun to the stage.
While filming Unpacked live after the final, everyone vanished from the stage apart from three people.
In a desperate attempt to get other camp mates back onstage, production had to beg Harry, who was already getting ready to go home, to go back on stage.
“The rest of the cast f**ked off the stage. There were three people left on the bleachers,” Sam explained while detailing the aftermath from the final as he and Kemi prepared to host Unpacked.
“Mo Farah, obviously, Craig Charles, and somebody else, I can’t remember who the third was.”
“As we were talking to them, people started coming back,” Sam noted.
“Harry was already getting changed in his dressing room to go home and the producer was like ‘Harry I’m really sorry, but I’d really appreciate it if you went back on stage’.
“He went, ‘Yeah alright then’, because he’s such a good guy.
“Gemma came back, Scarlett came back,” Sam added, saying how they ended up with a decent group on stage in the end.
But Sam confessed: “It was chaos.”
Sam then revealed that all of the questions that sparked the row during the main show on final night, were actually his and Kemi’s questions originally.

Speaking to Pete on their podcast, Sam said: “We were meant to.
“Mate, do you know what’s funny?
“When we were doing the dress rehearsal all of those questions were our questions.
“So it would have been on our show.”
