TV presenters Helen Skelton and Gethin Jones have sparked a fresh wave of romance rumours after reportedly being spotted looking extremely cosy during a secret spa day together — and now fans are asking: Is it just friendship, or something more?
According to a new tabloid report from The Sun, the Morning Live co-hosts have continued to “grow close off screen” — with recent “flirty behaviour” said to be turning heads and raising eyebrows.

The paper claims the pair were seen together at a countryside spa and club near Gethin’s home, where they appeared “very much like a couple.” And no — it wasn’t just the steam room turning up the heat.
An anonymous insider told the publication:
“Gethin and Helen were all over each other. They seemed super comfortable together — not just like two friends hanging out.”
The source added:
“Helen was smiling, laughing – they clearly enjoyed each other’s company. They eventually left together in the late afternoon.”
The rumoured spa date has only added fuel to the fire, especially as Helen, 41, and Gethin, 47, have already been the subject of dating speculation in recent weeks — particularly after appearing together at the TV BAFTAs last month.

Helen, a mum-of-three who split from ex-husband Richie Myler in 2022, currently lives in Cornwall. Meanwhile, Morning Live is filmed in Manchester, where Gethin is based — the same city where the alleged spa rendezvous took place.
Gethin has previously been linked to TOWIE star Lucy Mecklenburgh and was once engaged to classical singer Katherine Jenkins.
