A MARRIED At First Sight couple have revealed they’re expecting a baby after falling pregnant just days after meeting on the US show.
Fans were initially teased over the MAFS-first in the trailer for the current US series, with a mystery voice announcing: “I’m pregnant.”
Now it’s been revealed that the couple with a baby on the way is Meghann and Derrek – who are trying to keep it from their co-stars.
Speaking in the latest episode, Derrek said: “Where do we start? We found out some pretty crazy news today.
“Some miraculous news, unexpected news. I think we’re both nervous.”
And Meghann added: “We’re pregnant! And we were not trying… to make that completely known.”
But the baby doesn’t mean that it’s been plain sailing for Meghann and Derrek when it comes to their new marriage and deciding to stay together.
He said: “We’ve got a lot to talk about now. This changes pretty much everything for us.”
While Meghann confessed the pair had been left “shocked, scared and happy all at once”.
Discussing the decision to keep the news from their co-stars, Derrek explained: “It’s still really early in the whole pregnancy. It’s too early yet to have the first doctor’s appointment where they do the ultrasound.
