A TELEPORTATION act on Britain’s Got Talent has been debunked, as fans online pointed out a telltale sign that one of the tricks was staged.
Thousands of viewers up and down the country tune into the popular programme, with “magic” acts being among the loved performances on the show.
However, when magician Fabian Fox stepped onto the stage, his talent had fans talking for another reason.
The young magician introduced himself to judges Amanda Holden, KSI, Alesha Dixon, and guest judge Stacey Solomon, while two large platforms with curtains attached stood behind him on the stage.
Fabian Fox was supposedly going to transport a woman and guy from one of the platforms to the other using his own powers.
The way viewers were going to be able to tell that it was the same woman transported onto the platform was that she was going to be holding one white sports trainer at the point of teleportation.
Then, on the second platform, the lady would still be holding onto the trainer.
The moment came where Fabian Fox teleported the woman, and it left both the crowd and judge KSI in absolute shock.
The transported person was still holding onto the trainer, though fans watching the show from home noticed something off about it and took to social media to share how they thought the act was fake.
One user posted a video to TikTok talking about it where she pointed out that on the first platform the lady holding the trainer was holding it with the laces undone.
Then, when she “teleported” to the other platform, the laces had mysteriously been done up.
The same viewer also noted how the woman’s hair seemed slightly different, perhaps pointing to the fact they were twins dressed the same.
The TikTok has since accumulated hundreds of comments and likes, where other fans have chimed in with their opinion on the BGT act.
One commenter said: “Or maybe during the transportation he tied the lace and washed her hair quick, easy explanation hope this helps.”
A second shared: “The second girls hair is thicker and longer.”
A third added: “Plus the sole of the white shoe that was offered was dirty, the one that gets “teleported” has a clean sole.”
A forth noticed: “One [lady] had earrings on and the other didn’t.”
Though others in the comment’s section thought people should just try to enjoy the show, even if they know some acts are fake.
Another commenter said: “Just… enjoy. We all know it’s not possible but… just enjoy it.”
A second shared: “I bet you’re fun at parties.”
