Olivia Attwood admits personal life was ‘garbage’ in 2025 amid divorce rumours and house move

Olivia Attwood has shared that although her professional life is going well, her personal life was ‘garbage’ this year and she is looking forward to 2026 being more stable

Olivia Attwood has spoken about her personal life in 2025 being “garbage” as she faced intense scrutiny over her marriage and a major house move.

While on Sunday Roast: The Podcast for a Christmas Day special, the 34-year-old TV personality opened up about the difficulties she has faced this year to her close friend and co-host Pete Wicks as they discussed their listeners’ resolutions for 2026.

While Olivia said her career had been on track, she made it clear she couldn’t say the same for other aspects of her life. “I want to really get my s*** together in 2026,” she said, before adding: “I feel like I had a good work year. I think my personal life was garbage, so I’d like to have more of a balance in 2026.”

Pete, 37, joked that he might aim to settle down in the next 12 months, but Olivia immediately dismissed that idea. She has known him for more than eight years and branded him “attention-seeking” before joking that he is more likely to settle down in his mid-forties.

The friends first met on The Only Way Is Essex in 2017, and earlier this year they reunited professionally to host a KISS FM show together. In August, they sparked romance rumours when they were photographed cosying up to each other during a boat party in Ibiza.

Both reality stars have since insisted that there is nothing between them but friendship. However, Olivia has been open about how this incident affected her marriage with Bradley Dack.

On an episode of her podcast Olivia’s House, she admitted their relationship went through a turbulent period over the summer. She said: “It’s no secret. We had a bad summer and I think that there was stuff going on on both sides…At the end of day marriage is really f****** hard.”

The presenter also made it clear she was aware of the gossip circulating about her marriage, adding: “The rumour mill was in full swing about us having a divorce and there were source quotes going out.”

She went on to explain the real reason why Bradley wasn’t present when she attended red carpet events at the time, sharing: “I’ve been pictured like, you know, with my mate from my radio show Pete Wicks…he [Bradley Dack] is already p***** off at me.

“At that time, we really weren’t getting on very well. I didn’t like the idea of forcing photos out onto my Instagram to pretend we’re really happy when we weren’t.”

On top of the relationship issues she faced this year, Olivia has recently gone through an emotional house move. She broke down in tears as she packed up the £1million “dream home” she shared with Bradley, telling followers she was “saying goodbye to the house I’ll never call home again”.

In a video montage she posted online, Olivia wrote: wrote: “I spent the happiest, most peaceful times in my adult life in this house…But things don’t always play out the way you thought they might.” The couple are believed to have relocated to Olivia’s flat in London for the time being.
