THE celebrities donning their chef whites for the second heat of Celebrity MasterChef have been revealed – with some surprise appearances on the menu.
The line-up includes actors, a Gladiator, a ballet dancer and a YouTuber, all gearing up to showcase their culinary skills.
Emily Steel, Donna Preston, Eric Underwood, Nitin Ganatra and TommyInnit are the five confirmed celebrities taking part.
Emily is best known as Dynamite on BBC’s Gladiators and is also a CrossFit athlete, record-breaking weightlifter and singer.
She said: “I love experimenting with recipes and ideas. I find it so enjoyable cooking for other people. I’m really into presentation, and I always want to pair my food with a mocktail or nice drink.”
A Netflix star and former Celebs Go Dating contestant, who also appeared on Celebrity Big Brother in 2025, Donna Preston, is also on the menu, alongside soap legend Nitin Ganatra, best known for playing Masood Ahmed in EastEnders.
Former Royal Ballet star Eric Underwood is also confirmed to be taking part in the hit cookery show.
Eric said: “Ballet dancers and food do not go naturally together but I want to change that perception.
“I live on a farm with my husband and we’re hoping to get into ‘farm to table’ . We grow our own veg and have cows, chickens, sheep, bees, we make our own honey.”
Stand-up comic and YouTuber TommyInnit has said his appearance will mark his first “proper telly” job.
“I’m not a great cook but I will try really hard. It’s my first time on a proper TV show!” he said ahead of the competition.
The stars will be hoping to prove they are dab hands in the kitchen and impress new judges Grace Dent and Anna Haugh.
Celebrity MasterChef typically features three weeks of heats designed to put its famous contestants through their paces.
The BBC show is set to return later this summer, after The Sun previously revealed comedian Joe Pasquale would be taking part.
