KERRY Katona has branded BFF Katie Price ‘bonkers’ following her shock marriage to Lee Andrews.
Katie, 47, stunned her friends, family and fans when she tied the knot with Lee in Dubai last month – just two weeks after splitting from boyfriend of two years, JJ Slater.
Now Kerry, 45, has shared her thoughts on her friends latest whirlwind romance and fourth marriage.
Kerry, who has been married three times herself, wrote in her latest new! magazine column: “Katie Price has got married for the fourth time, she says she’s met her Richard Gere.
“As Katie’s friend I absolutely love and support her no matter what she does – but she’s absolutely bonkers. Kate just wants to be loved.
“But, for me personally, I wouldn’t have got married. When I do get proposed to I want to make sure it’s forever.”
Kerry split from fiance Ryan Mahoney last year, but is now in a happy relationship with personal trainer Paolo Margaglione, 33, who she met on the last series of Celebs Go Dating.
Meanwhile, Kerry’s comments come as Katie’s ex JJ revealed the brutal way he had found out she had become engaged to Lee in Dubai.
Speaking exclusively to The Sun on Sunday, JJ, 33, said: “I was getting congratulations from random people on Instagram.
“I’m thinking, I haven’t done anything great and then I’ve replied to one from someone I knew like ‘for what?’ and then they said ‘Oh, you’re engaged’.
“I was like, ‘what do you mean?’ And then obviously they sent me and I was like ‘no, that’s the wrong guy’. But no, I’d never heard of or come across him before, no.”
JJ had been in a relationship with Katie for two years, and spent a loved up Christmas and New Year with the former glamour model before he was left stunned when she told him she no longer loved him just days into 2026.
Fast forward two weeks and she revealed her engagement and subsequent marriage to Lee, who has been accused of being a “swindler” by multiple exes since their relationship was revealed.
However, their claims haven’t stopped Lee from gushing over his new wife, despite the fact he has been unable to fly to the UK to see her since she returned from Dubai.
One of his latest pictures revealed another tattoo of Katie’s name on his body, this time near his hip.
He already has her name inked on his hand, and she has his name tattooed on hers.
