Alison Hammond shows off incredible 11 stone weight loss as fans praise transformation

Alison Hammond’s fans were in awe of her gorgeous look after she and her make-up artist shared a few new glamorous snaps of her. The This Morning presenter, who has lost an incredible 11 stone in recent years, embarked on a healthier lifestyle following a pre-diabetic diagnosis.

The TV favourite, 50, previously revealed that she has avoided any extreme dieting methods for her transformation, instead working with a personal trainer and eating everything “in moderation”. Now fans have praised her transformation following the glam snaps as both she and her makeup artist, Mikey Phillips, shared photos of her posing outside in the sunshine.

Alison looked stylish in a colourful striped skirt with a crisp white T-shirt and a denim jacket. The star beamed at the camera, showing off her flawless makeup and hair.

Fans were quick to compliment her, with one person writing: “Wow did not even recognise you Alison you look fantastic,” and another posting: “You look amazing and love watching you on TV, such a breath of fresh air”, reports the Mirror.

Another person wrote: “Love her so much she always brings a smile to my face. She also looks so happy and healthy and stunning lately,” with one more follower added: “Such an inspirational weight loss journey. Hard work pays off, and you look incredible.”

Alison previously opened up about her weight loss journey, sharing that she had a gastric band fitted in 2007, but it was removed three years later due to her body rejecting it.

A source recently told OK! that Alison is also feeling happier after learning to put herself first instead of always trying to please others. They said, “She’s worked so hard since she first started in TV and work has always been her biggest priority after [son] Aidan, but that’s changed now. She’s got a better balance. Her own needs and her love life are much more of a priority – and it shows.”

Alison’s relationship with her 28-year-old boyfriend David Putman also has her feeling “on top of the world”, says the source. The insider added, “Alison is literally on top of the world at the moment – she just could not be happier. She’s been grinning from ear to ear recently and David is a huge reason for that.”

The couple met after Alison booked a massage with David in 2023 and they went public in April last year. They then made their red carpet debut two months later.

They have kept their romance mostly out of the spotlight, however, with Alison once saying, “I don’t like to go into detail about him because it’s my private life and I want to respect his life as well. But you know I’m loved-up – everyone knows that.”
