Kelly Brook knows how to make an entrance — and on her return to Loose Women after conquering the jungle on I’m A Celebrity, she delivered a moment that instantly set social media on fire.
The 46-year-old star joined Janet Street-Porter, Kaye Adams and Jane Moore for what was meant to be a light-hearted discussion about intimacy in long-term relationships. Instead, Kelly dropped a bombshell so outrageous that Janet nearly walked off set… to “use the toilet.”
The Topic? Sexless Relationships. The Result? Chaos.
When Kaye brought up research showing that one-third of British adults describe their relationships as “sexless,” the panel nodded thoughtfully.
Then came the follow-up: a writer who hadn’t had sex with her partner for a year — nor cuddled for eight months — and was advised to adopt the “ABC method”: intimacy on Anniversaries, Birthdays and Christmas.
Naturally, Kaye turned to Kelly for her take.
Kelly did not disappoint.
“I’ve just come out of the jungle — I had to make up for lost time!” she said, sending the studio into laughter and Janet into visible panic.

When Kelly admitted she was “taking a little break,” Kaye pressed for clarity.
“How long is a break?”
Kelly’s answer came without hesitation:
“A week. That’s a long time to go without, isn’t it?!”
Janet immediately rolled her eyes so hard viewers practically heard it, and threatened to leave the studio if the conversation continued.
But Kelly kept going.
“If I don’t have sex for a week, I start thinking, ‘Is my marriage over?’”
Jane and Kaye howled with laughter before claiming they were much further down the alphabet than ABC:
Jane:
“I’m O — big fat zero!”
Kaye:
“I’m DND — do not disturb.”
From the Jungle to… Cricket Crisps?
The show also surprised Kelly with a mini “critter Christmas buffet” to celebrate her jungle journey — featuring cricket-covered crisps, bug-topped salmon and a chocolate milkshake garnished with actual insects.
Kelly tried to be brave… briefly.
“Oh God! Oh no!” she screamed as Kaye urged her:
“Shut your eyes — open your mouth!”
Kelly recoiled instantly, yelling:
“Why, Kaye?! You’re such a cow!”
Meanwhile Janet, dry as ever, declared:
“You’re a total wuss.”
Kelly’s Cheekiest Confession Yet
This isn’t the first time Kelly has spoken candidly about her love life. After leaving the Australian jungle, she joked that she might need to give earplugs to Vogue Williams and her sister-in-law because their hotel rooms were next to hers and husband Jeremy Parisi’s.
“We’ve never spent more than a day apart in 10 years,” she said.
“This was the longest we’ve ever been separated — I don’t want to do that again.”
