THOMAS Skinner has shown off his impressive weight loss just a week into his time on Strictly Come Dancing.
The former Apprentice star, 34, has been partnered with Strictly professional Amy Dowden for the current series.
And he took to social media to share a clip from rehearsals, revealing he’s lost a stone already.
Tom wrote: “Good evening guys, I know it’s Wednesday but I filmed this earlier thinking it was Thursday.
“That’s how shattered I am from all the dancing. Been working hard, I’ve lost a stone and our dance routine for Saturday night is absolutely bonkers…”
Tom finished by urging his followers to keep them in the competition.
He added: “Please don’t forget to vote for Amy & I on Saturday night. Hope you all had a great day.”
Fans rushed to comment on Tom’s appearance, with one writing: “Blimey yeah you look a lot leaner already. Surprised because I thought you were quite active anyway.”
Someone else joked: “Thomas Skinnier.”
And a third added: “Looking fit Mr. Skinner.”
Tom has been making headlines for all the wrong reasons after admitting he cheated on wife Sinéad.

Speaking to Daily Mail he said: “It wasn’t difficult for me because I know the mistakes I’ve made in my life, but it was awful for my poor wife to read it all, and that’s why I feel bad.
“We had already moved on from this. I’m doing Strictly and I’m in the public eye now.
“My whole life has been dug up and regurgitated and my poor wife has to read something that she has moved on from.”
